PMP Community Park Membership Information

PMP Community Park is a private, member-owned, non-profit community pool and park serving families in the Greenville, SC area.

Location: 205 Pilgrims Point Road, Greenville, SC 29615 (just off Hudson Road on the Eastside)

Who Can Join?

• Resident Memberships ($500) Available to homeowners in:

  • Pelham Estates
  • Merrifield Park
  • Pilgrims Point
  • Stratton Place
  • OR anyone living within a 1-mile radius of the park (per the bylaws).

  Resident members get full pool & park access, can join the swim team, and have voting rights.

• Non-Resident Memberships ($550) Open to everyone else (outside the 1-mile radius or in nearby neighborhoods). These still provide pool access and swim team participation, but have no voting rights.

• Wellington Green Memberships (2026 only $500) Limited option exclusively for current members of Wellington Green Recreation Association. Status must be verified prior to approval.

New Member Payment Options

New members can choose how to pay the one-time initiation fee:

• Pay the full initiation fee upfront ($525), or
• Split the initiation fee over two years ($290 Year 1 + $290 Year 2) for easier affordability.

Important note: The split-payment option is only for new Resident or Non-Resident members. Renewing/returning members do not pay ongoing initiation fees.

Maintenance Fee ($60)

All members pay an annual maintenance fee. If you volunteer 4 hours or more, you will receive a credit that reduces or eliminates this fee the following year.
